MATTHEW BALDWIN is an attorney with a diverse professional background ranging from securities regulation and corporate structuring to complex litigation.  Prior to joining Darcy & Devassy PC, Mr. Baldwin worked as a law clerk in a complex litigation firm focusing on commercial and contract litigation, as well as working as a legal analyst at a hedge fund.  Mr. Baldwin has also volunteered with numerous early-stage ventures to develop corporate structuring, navigate regulatory compliance, and secure intellectual property.  Prior to law school, Mr. Baldwin was on active duty in the U.S. Navy.
