D. ALEXANDER DARCY specializes in complex commercial litigation, collections, creditor-side bankruptcy litigation, and equipment lease/secured transactions. Mr. Darcy represents his clients nationwide, in matters ranging from claims against lessees and borrowers for breach of contract, replevin and fraud, to defending claims brought by bankruptcy trustees, the Federal Trade Commission, and prospective class action plaintiffs. He is also experienced in drafting equipment leases, security agreements, and related documents.
